Learning Support

I graduated with a BA degree in Arts Management in 2002. For more than a decade, I have worked for event, media and TV industries in the Philippines, my home country. My life took a turn when I moved to Norway in 2016 to take a bachelor course in International Teacher Education for Primary School at the University of South-Eastern Norway in Drammen. I had my teacher trainings at both Oslo International School and Gjøvik International school, and completed my teacher degree in 2020. The rest is history.

Having two toddlers myself, I believe that building safe and trustful relationships with learners is integral for learning. When the teacher and students have a positive relationship, respect will be established, environment will be more inclusive, then learning becomes more successful.

Outside the education field, I sing professionally, love to explore cuisines and cultures through travelling, and enjoy experimenting for quicker ways to prepare food using my air fryer & instant pot.
