Choosing the right school is an important investment in your child’s future.  At Gjøvikregionen International School, fees support the delivery of a high-quality international education, student well-being, learning resources, and the broad range of opportunities available to our students.

Tuition Fees 2026/2027

Primary Years Programme (Grades 1-6)

First child: 3,150 NOK per month

Sibling rate: 2,363 NOK per month

Middle Years Programme (Grades 7-10)

First child: 3,350 NOK per month

Sibling rate: 2,513 NOK per month

Capital Costs Contribution

In accordance with Norwegian regulations for independent schools, GIS charges a separate annual contribution towards approved capital costs associated with the school’s facilities and premises.

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child enrolled at GIS benefit from reduced tuition fees for second and subsequent children. The discounted rates shown above are applied automatically.

Invoicing and Payment

School fees are invoiced monthly throughout the school year.

Details regarding payment arrangements, due dates, and invoicing procedures are provided upon enrolment.

For questions regarding invoices or payments, please contact the school office.

Withdrawal from the School

If parents wish to withdraw a student from GIS, written notice must be provided in accordance with the terms of the enrolment agreement.

Late Payments

Families experiencing difficulties with payment are encouraged to contact the school as early as possible.

Where fees remain unpaid, the school may take further action in accordance with the enrolment agreement and applicable Norwegian regulations.
